Oral Presentation
If your contribution has been accepted for an oral presentation, please prepare your speech as follows:
Duration: 8′ followed by 2′ for questions.
Format: Use 4:3 aspect ratio. MS PowerPoint (PPT or PPTX) and PDF formats are supported. If you do not intend to use MS PowerPoint or PDF presentation format, please inform us before the conference at presentations@cesb.cz. If you have some special needs regarding your presentation, such as video etc., please contact us at presentations@cesb.cz. The optional conference presentation layout is available below.
Infrastructure: A PC, a beamer and an overhead projector will be available.
Presentation delivery: Please hand in a USB stick with your presentation at the registration desk on your arrival. The technical staff will make sure that all is ready for your presentation at the right time and in the right place.
Unforeseen absence: Should you not be able to attend, please inform us at your earliest convenience and, if possible, send a person to replace you.

Poster Presentation
If your contribution has been accepted for a poster presentation, you will present your contribution by a poster at a poster section.
Concerning the format of the poster, please follow the guideline below:
Format of poster:
Size: A0 (841 × 1189 mm) in portrait orientation
Content: Title, name and affiliation of author(s), objectives, methodology, results and conclusions; with an emphasis on the latter two.
Appearance: Focus on illustrations (figures, graphs and photos), text should mainly be used to support these illustrations. Wherever possible prefer graphs over tables for better readability. Text height minimum 6 mm (the poster has to be legible from a distance of 2 to 3 meters).
Poster delivery and installation: Please bring your poster with you to the registration desk, the staff will ensure its display.
